Eric Scott is the Co-Founder of Growing Human Capital with a S.M.I.L.E., LLC. Mr. Scott supports leaders in increasing their awareness of building systems to building work cultures that are inclusive of all people.
Mr. Scott is a Certified Educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching mathematics and leading as a school administrator at the middle and high school levels.
Mr. Scott has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and a Master's Degree in Education Leadership.
Partnering with Dr. Angela Scott in committing to having authentic conversations with leaders to improve relationships within communities, organizations, and schools, he is an administrator in public education. In real time, he gets to practice the company's founding principles in his leadership style. Mr. Scott believes in building a culture of trust which he knows is built on serving, modeling, inspiring, listening, and engaging - S.M.I.L.E.
