The GHC Maxwell DISC Workshop is designed to equip participants with the awareness of their Dominant, Influencing, Stable, or Compliant style of communicating and how others communicate and provide them with seven critical areas of leadership.
GHC Maxwell DISC Workshop is a hands-on experience of understanding Emotional Intelligence and various communication styles. GHC S.M.I.L.E. guides participants to understand self, develop strategies for dealing with conflict, improve communication and team relationships. People will realize their differences are puzzle pieces; when jointly put together, the organization works effectively.
