Getting Started
GHC Educational Leadership Program will focus on the art of teaching. GHC S.M.I.L.E. will bridge educators' passion and ability to teach to orchestrate a unified classroom culture where students' expectancy to learn is high and students' voices matter. GHC S.M.I.L.E. will demonstrate techniques that show that Classroom Management has nothing to do with students' behavior but with teachers' responses. Participants will be taught and coached how to use the S.M.I.L.E. Formula to support teacher-student relationships by understanding how to focus on serving, modeling, inspiring, listening, and engaging in the daily class lessons.
