S.M.I.L.E. Leadership & Team Building Retreat Experience
S.M.I.L.E. Leadership & Team Building Retreat Experience is interactive, where we will dive deep into a social contract that helps strengthen communication skills, value everyone on the team, and support the idea of everyone being leaders on the team. During this experience, participants will engage in various activities and exercises focusing on developing and practicing the skills necessary to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Leading with a S.M.I.L.E.
Our retreat experience will begin with an introduction to the concept of a S.M.I.L.E. Agreement and its importance in promoting effective communication and positive relationships within a team. We will then explore the components of the S.M.I.L.E. Principles, including respect, trust, and communication. Participants can share their thoughts and experiences regarding these topics and engage in group discussions and activities that will help them develop their communication and leadership skills.
Beyond the S.M.I.L.E.
By the end of this retreat experience, participants will better understand the importance of the S.M.I.L.E. Agreement in promoting positive relationships and effective communication within a team. They will also have developed valuable skills and techniques to help them become better communicators and leaders and understand that the DISC personality traits will help them become conflict resolvers.
